Develop and grow mortgage loan business by building internal and external referral sources and maintaining strong client relationships in the community. Use consultative selling to advise customers on mortgage loan options and other financial products, providing service from approval through closing. Work with loan origination sources to gather and verify information needed for underwriting, and guide clients through completing loan applications.
