Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while building and expanding relationships for consumer and small business customers. Use consultative conversations to recommend financial solutions across deposits, credit, and other product lines, while supporting branch sales targets and referring more complex needs to specialists. Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, maintain client relationships, stay compliant with controls and risk policies, and advance sales and product knowledge through ongoing training.
