Key Responsibilities

•On-site supervision and management of civil works for public roads, ensuring progress and quality meet plans and specifications
•Perform construction quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with design and technical standards
•Participate in construction meetings to discuss technical issues and provide solutions
•Clarify construction queries and provide professional guidance to address on-site problems
•Oversee on-site safety and health management in accordance with regulations, ensuring safe working conditions

Key Requirements

•5+ years of on-site supervision and management experience for public works (roads or civil)
•Diploma or university degree in civil, construction, or landscape-related fields
•Familiar with construction quality inspection, progress control, and site safety regulations; able to resolve on-site issues
•Fluent in Chinese and basic English; strong communication and coordination skills for liaising with owners, design units, and contractors
•Proficient with AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word; able to prepare reports and presentations effectively
