Key Responsibilities

•Own a quarterly look-ahead of external brands and technology companies aligned with HP’s NPI launches, proactively identifying co-innovation opportunities.
•Craft clear, story-first partnership narratives translating integration points into compelling go-to-market positioning.
•Lead end-to-end management of small-scale partnership launches, validating technology integration and consumer demand before full rollout.
•Navigate a highly matrixed organization to align product, engineering, marketing, and legal around partnership milestones.
•Serve as a Brand Ambassadorship representative of HP’s innovation DNA with external partners at all stages of the alliance lifecycle.

Salary: USD 83,000 - 127,800 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in partnership development, alliance management, or business development within a dynamic technology industry.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
•Proven ability to identify and structure partnerships that create mutual value, with a strong grasp of go-to-market strategy and product lifecycle fundamentals.
•Exceptional communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to lead through influence across diverse partners and cross-functional teams.
•Experience navigating a matrixed organization to align product, engineering, marketing, and legal stakeholders around partnership milestones.
