Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio and ensure the Coordinator, Beauty Studio is trained to run services.
  • •Ensure Beauty Advisors leverage technology innovations within services to deliver an elevated in-store experience.
  • •Manage the Online Reservation system, including publishing availability and classes, and ensure staffing and check-in processes support client needs.
  • •Plan and staff all in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
  • •Lead training, certifications, and performance management related to the Beauty Studio and direct reports, and act as Manager on Duty on a regular basis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500

  • •2-4 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence business partners at all levels.
  • •Proven ability to create and lead teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders.
  • •Ability to train and develop team members to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
  • •Availability to work in a fragrance-filled environment and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and stretching to stock shelves.
