Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •1+ years in production manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization (internship and school projects count).
  • •Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • •Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and process capability.
  • •Hands-on shop floor experience (machining, welding, composites, additive manufacturing, assembly, and test) and willingness to be on the floor daily.
