Lead and grow enterprise software & SaaS sales across the Alps region, driving ARR and iACV growth through new business, renewals, and cross-functional collaboration. Build and scale a high-performing sales organization, align GTM with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, Renewals, Marketing, Partners), and influence executive stakeholders to accelerate regional growth in a multi-cloud environment.

•Consistently deliver against targets – ensuring company goals, and objectives are achieved consistently and sustainably.
•Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for assigned region.

•10+ years’ experience building and running enterprise sales teams with second-line management experience
•Proven track record delivering against ambitious ARR/iACV targets in enterprise software/SaaS
•Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
•Ability to travel ~20% and fluency in Swiss German & English (written and spoken)
•Excellent leadership, influencing skills and ability to partner across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
