Support the Data Cycling Centre by bridging machine learning engineers and labelers to apply accurate structure to unstructured content (video, images, text). Own key operational workflows including SOP creation and updates, queue creation and injection, and maintaining the Golden Data Set. Train and ensure quality against KPIs through reviews and audits, troubleshoot data/queue issues, and improve processes to keep projects compliant and moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

•Bridge machine learning engineers and labelers to accurately apply structure to unstructured data such as video, images, and text.
•Coordinate project readiness activities including reporting, RCA, business metrics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•Create and maintain SOPs and conduct SOP review/training (host or record) for internal teams.
•Create and manage live/practice/test/2RQA queues and support queue health checks and audits.
•Maintain and iterate the Golden Data Set and ensure output quality against KPIs through monitoring and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in Turkish is required for communication with Italian markets and stakeholders and for the working language.
•Computer fluency, including understanding of software and advanced internet functions.
•Proficient skills in MS Office and G-Suite.
•Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and quick learning abilities.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
