Job Summary

Lead the strategic narrative and inbound go-to-market for Kikoff’s consumer fintech platform. Partner with Product, Growth, Design, Data, and Creative to shape messaging, validate product-market fit, and design pricing/packaging. Build repeatable playbooks, scale a PMM team, and drive activation and monetization as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect the Strategic Narrative: lead the development of messaging frameworks and positioning for Kikoff’s product suite to differentiate and resonate with customers' financial goals.
•Drive Inbound Strategy & Exploration: oversee customer discovery, deep-dive interviews, and translation of pain points into concrete product roadmaps.
•Build Strategic Moats: design and execute experiments to optimize pricing, packaging, and positioning to lift activation and monetization.
•Act as the Cross-Functional Connective Tissue: align Product, Growth, Design, Data, and Creative around high-impact opportunities and manage dependencies.
•Scale a World-Class Team: mentor and grow a team of Product Marketers and develop a strong pipeline for junior talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,000 - 211,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Product Marketing with a track record of launching and scaling consumer products
•Strong inbound instincts and ability to translate customer insights into product strategy and validated demand
•Strategic ownership — ability to define priorities, make hard trade-offs, and communicate them clearly to executives
•Analytical rigor and fluency in data to drive positioning, pricing, and product direction
•Experience in Fintech, Consumer Finance, or high-growth B2C is a significant plus
