Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and safely locate, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer lots per Manheim standards.
  • •Verify vehicle identification and details (e.g., VINs, mileage, sub-series, options) and ensure accurate system entry.
  • •Inspect and document exterior and interior condition, including tires, frame, glass, panels, mechanical components, and installed options; identify damage or missing/inoperable features.
  • •Engage dealer clients to build trust, educate on the value of Manheim mobile inspections, and support inspection volume and territory productivity.
  • •Prepare daily activity and production reports; collaborate with Wholesale Specialists and other Manheim teams while following safety, compliance, and continuous improvement expectations.
