Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and remove poor quality eggs from the machine during operation.
  • •Pack good product efficiently, ensuring no missing eggs and that cartons/cases are correctly coded and labeled.
  • •Comply with USDA requirements and programs (GMP, SQF, HACCP, Food Defense, Biosecurity, and Plant Procedures).
  • •Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow all safety rules and policies.
  • •Report mechanical problems or poor quality conditions to Plant Leads/Supervisors/Maintenance and assist with training as needed.
