Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 65,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1–3 years in a sales role with real pipeline generation experience and a track record of hitting number targets.
•Strong phone skills and genuine enjoyment of live conversations, with ability to improve alongside reps.
•Ability to identify which accounts and moments warrant a live human conversation.
•Strong communication skills to run executive-level discovery beyond scripted qualification.
•Curious and coachable about complex products, AI tooling, and evolving sales motions.
