Key Responsibilities

  • •Own projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation, including handling ambiguous problems with little prescription on how to solve them.
  • •Execute scrappy analyses on short timelines to get quick answers while also owning scalable solutions that drive long-term success.
  • •Project manage across many stakeholders; lead meetings with large groups and coordinate across Slack channels to wrangle stakeholders toward a solution.
  • •Work across Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other functions to learn Anduril’s business top-to-bottom.
  • •Own detailed should-cost models end-to-end, from data gathering to presenting them to stakeholders.

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, engineering finance, or value engineering at a high-growth hardware company.
  • •Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
  • •Strong analytical aptitude with numerical problem-solving.
  • •Ability to quickly execute analyses in Excel.
  • •Willingness to learn corporate systems (Salesforce, Coupa, Anaplan) and analytics/dashboarding tools (Palantir Foundry).
