Job Summary

Join Anduril as a Senior Engineering Finance Associate to own end-to-end cost estimation and value engineering for advanced hardware/products. You will translate engineering challenges into quantitative financial analyses across Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, build parametric cost models, and partner with leadership to drive cost reduction and profitability while balancing capability and program needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Own projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation, including handling ambiguous problems with little prescription on how to solve them.
•Execute scrappy analyses on short timelines to get quick answers while also owning scalable solutions that drive long-term success.
•Project manage across many stakeholders; lead meetings with large groups and coordinate across Slack channels to wrangle stakeholders toward a solution.
•Work across Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other functions to learn Anduril’s business top-to-bottom.
•Own detailed should-cost models end-to-end, from data gathering to presenting them to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, engineering finance, or value engineering at a high-growth hardware company.
•Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
•Strong analytical aptitude with numerical problem-solving.
•Ability to quickly execute analyses in Excel.
•Willingness to learn corporate systems (Salesforce, Coupa, Anaplan) and analytics/dashboarding tools (Palantir Foundry).
