Job Summary

Own end-to-end collections performance for assigned UAE portfolios, driving recovery outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance. Coordinate with external collection agencies, monitor recovery/operational/compliance KPIs, validate reporting accuracy, and resolve discrepancies and delayed submissions. Conduct audits of collection activities and call recordings for CBUAE and internal policy adherence, provide coaching and corrective action plans, and deliver recurring operational and compliance performance reporting alongside cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for external UAE collection agencies for operational coordination, reporting, and communication governance.
•Manage end-to-end agency performance by monitoring recovery, operational, and compliance KPIs and overseeing strategy execution.
•Ensure timely and accurate submission of agency reports across customer calls, SMS, emails, and other collection activities, validating data quality and completeness.
•Conduct regular audits of collection activities and call recordings to ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations and internal customer treatment standards.
•Provide actionable feedback, coaching recommendations, and corrective action plans; prepare and distribute recurring operational/compliance/performance reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree/graduate qualification in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2–3 years of experience in collections, operations, or risk management, with experience managing teams or agencies preferred.
•Experience working in collection agencies or a fintech in UAE/GCC/MENA geographies.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on proficiency in Excel.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
