Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure SAP transactions are performed accurately and in a timely manner, including shipment processing and documentation.
  • •Process outbound shipment requests, prioritize them by requestor delivery dates, and schedule pick-ups.
  • •Update internal tracking systems and communicate shipment status to requestors, including offsite shipments.
  • •Support physical inventories, monthly cycle counts, and investigate inventory variances to reduce or eliminate them.
  • •Support export/import documentation, continuous improvement activities, and serve as a backup to other Inventory Control positions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School or GED equivalent required.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of warehouse (shipping/receiving) experience.
  • •Knowledge of inventory control procedures and practices.
  • •Organized with strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • •SAP experience preferred; cycle counting experience is beneficial.
