  • •Lead central initiatives from concept through activation, framing ambiguous questions, structuring workstreams, and enabling execution.
  • •Influence executive decision-making by turning market, consumer, competitive, operating, and financial insights into board-ready narratives and recommendations.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment across brand, product, marketing, channel, finance, operations, and regions to move strategy into owned plans and measurable outcomes.
  • •Champion talent and build strategy capability through mentoring, setting direction for project teams, and establishing performance rigor with metrics, governance, dashboards, and impact tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or BA in Business, Economics, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 8 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, growth strategy, or a related field, including at least 4 years of management consulting experience.
  • •Strong ability to lead enterprise-level strategy work from ambiguity to aligned executive decisions and implementation.
  • •Deep commercial and financial competence, including market assessment, consumer insights, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling.
  • •Proven executive-level communication skills (storytelling, PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization) to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
