Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical leadership for the Salesforce Wealth domain and Sales Enablement program.
  • •Lead and grow a team of Salesforce engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and team capacity planning.
  • •Drive technical roadmap, architecture, modernization strategy, and engineering standards/best practices.
  • •Ensure high-quality, scalable, secure Salesforce solutions; perform and oversee code reviews and platform health/performance.
  • •Lead complex cross-functional delivery including third-party integrations, release management, and operational readiness.
  • •Translate technical concepts into clear business communication and manage stakeholder/vendor relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • •10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • •7+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
  • •Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, custom development, integrations, data, and security.
  • •Proven experience leading large, complex Salesforce implementations with demonstrated team leadership and Agile/full SDLC ownership.
