Job Summary

Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across Secret Media Network to increase efficiency, scalability, and performance. Identify bottlenecks and standardize ways of working across regions (North America, Europe, APAC, Latam). Lead AI automation initiatives by collaborating with Tech/Data to implement scalable solutions, document playbooks, define KPIs, and use data to drive decision-making with cross-functional teams.

•Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across Secret Media Network.
•Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, translating them into scalable processes and standardized ways of working across regions.
•Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems, collaborating with Tech/Data to implement solutions.
•Partner with stakeholders to ensure adoption and correctly implemented processes, and maintain clear operational playbooks.
•Define and track operational efficiency KPIs and use data to identify improvement opportunities and drive decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree).

•Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance.
•Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) and familiarity with AI tools; strong stakeholder management and written/spoken English required.
