Key Responsibilities

  • •Visit a variety of minor and major project works streams, liaising with customers and contractors to completion of works.
  • •Support delivery of scheduled minor and major work volumes while keeping customers fully informed throughout.
  • •Work with construction project managers/operational support teams to manage project delivery, hazards, complaints, and general enquiries.
  • •Coordinate with planned delivery teams across different sites/works and attend monthly team meetings.
  • •Ensure designs comply with company and statutory requirements and help maintain safe and secure network operations, supporting a zero-accident culture.
