Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and deliver complex HR projects, programs, and initiatives supporting HR strategy and business objectives.
  • •Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • •Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • •Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations; provide status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • •Lead talent and learning efforts by collaborating cross-functionally to drive employee development and build a strong, diverse team through recruiting and successor development.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR project management or a related role.
