Senior Principal Financial and Staff Action Analyst

Oversee complex financial and staff action work supporting mission outcomes for the DOW CIO. Prepare budget documentation, calculate financial forecasts, and track commitment, obligation, and expenditure of appropriated funds. Define program objectives and milestones, analyze operational bottlenecks, draft and review policies, and produce executive-level briefings and written deliverables. Coordinate tasks using department-wide systems while supporting DoD/DOW budgeting and DoD POM processes.
