•Lead line management and develop cost managers and team members through structured guidance and reviews
•Act as the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and deliver value-added cost management services
•Develop cost benchmarks and KPIs to support project execution strategy and reporting structures
•Oversee end-to-end service delivery, including commissioning, cost planning, and monthly post-contract cost reports
•Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and market engagement

Pay and Benefits

Salary: JPY 12,000,000 - 14,000,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects
•Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management
•Strong business acumen with ability to drive outcomes for clients and coordinate with construction and design teams to meet deadlines
•Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
