Job Summary

Lead service delivery for banking applications supporting Deposits, Payments, Receivables, and Treasury Management. Manage a team across application development, production support, monitoring, and incident resolution in highly available environments, partnering with business teams and external vendors. Drive testing, QA, and change management, support client product implementations and configuration changes, and oversee BCP/DR testing to ensure operational continuity. Manage budgets, KPIs, risk/security controls, and team talent planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of application developers, engineers, and support specialists responsible for development, delivery, and ongoing support.
•Oversee application development and production support, ensuring highly available and resilient operations through monitoring and incident resolution with internal IT and vendors.
•Partner with business stakeholders to support application requirements, lead testing/QA and change management, and communicate business impacts.
•Oversee BCP/DR testing planning, execution, and coordination to maintain continuity and operational readiness.
•Manage employee development, retention, resource planning, talent management, performance management, and recruit/train/evaluate team members; support annual budgeting and program execution plans.
