Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and optimize retail store operations across assigned territories to execute operational strategies and uphold brand standards.
  • •Set and drive store sales targets and monitor KPIs (units per transaction, average transaction value, sales per square foot, sales turnover, shrinkage control, and conversion).
  • •Guide Area Managers and Store Managers to maximize productivity through effective resource utilization and operational cost management.
  • •Enforce SOPs, company policies, and loss prevention audit guidelines; ensure compliance by employees.
  • •Oversee visual merchandising and stock management, manage inventory performance, and support new store design/layout and project updates.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years of progressive retail operations experience, including at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
  • •Proven success driving store performance and operational efficiency while exceeding sales targets.
  • •Strong experience managing multiple store locations with team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Expertise in market analysis, site selection, and implementing strategies for new store openings and refurbishments.
