Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with and influence stakeholders to drive product requirements based on customer needs.
  • •Develop and validate system-level interactions and integrations to meet customer experience objectives.
  • •Lead printer system testing to demonstrate printhead architecture and ink baseline performance using defined print quality metrics.
  • •Own autopsy, triage, and failure tracking, including coordinating failure analysis and driving follow-up actions.
  • •Document and transfer specifications, technical justifications, and knowledge to manufacturing partners to support product robustness throughout the lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Material/Chemical engineering or relevant field.
  • •Strong technical breadth and a system-level approach to problem solving.
  • •Demonstrated analytical and empirical problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience and knowledge of pen system issues and failure analysis techniques, including prior print test experience.
  • •Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
