Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process, providing actuals vs. forecast and contribution margin reporting for sales resource allocation.
  • •Partner with Sales Operations to model pipeline and billing forecasts and translate billings into recognized revenue projections.
  • •Own end-to-end forecasting for commission structures and variable compensation, including deferred commission modeling and quota change impact analysis.
  • •Champion advanced analytics, executive dashboards, and AI tools to automate variance commentary and accelerate financial projection speed.
  • •Serve as a central financial partner across Sales, Sales Operations, HR, and Accounting to ensure data integrity and deliver actionable P&L insights to Sales leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or sales finance experience in a global technology/networking/cybersecurity environment, operating as a senior individual contributor.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced certification is preferred.
  • •Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise ERP and EPM/financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan).
  • •Strong working knowledge of Tableau and data analytics experience (may include SQL or similar tools).
  • •Deep understanding of cybersecurity sales models and the mechanics between bookings, billings, and recognized revenue, including hardware + services conversion modeling.
