Lead monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting for the global sales organization, delivering actuals vs. forecast and contribution margin insights. Own revenue forecasting and the bridge from billings to recognized revenue for a hybrid hardware and services model. Drive headcount, expense, and commission/variable compensation modeling, including deferred commissions. Partner across Sales Operations, HR, and Accounting to ensure data integrity and accelerate variance commentary using advanced analytics, dashboards, and AI tools.
