Job Summary

Design, analyze, implement, and support cloud solutions for deploying capabilities to cloud systems. Partner with software and IT engineers to build high-performance, cloud-based solutions, and help adopt cloud best practices enabled by DevSecOps, micro-services, AI, and big data/analytics. Work closely with the IT Security team to ensure secure, compliant deployments, using tools like GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, AWS/Azure/GCP, and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development of open architectures, applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms for cloud deployment and consumption.
•Adopt cloud best practices and supporting technologies to enable capabilities such as DevSecOps, big data/analytics, AI, and micro-services.
•Architect, design, develop, troubleshoot, and implement cloud solutions.
•Coordinate with the IT Security team to ensure applications and solutions are secure and compliant.
•Interface with customer personnel, work independently with minimal supervision, and report status on tasks and assignments.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience in an infrastructure, network, storage, servers, security, or Windows/Linux technology practice for both on-prem and cloud resources.
•2+ years of network and operating system experience.
•2+ years of container management experience with technologies such as OpenShift, AKS, EKS, Rancher, and Docker.
•Experience with cloud engineering tools and practices including source control (Git/BitBucket/Mercurial/Subversion), defect management (Jira/Bugzilla/Fogbugz), and Agile development.
