Job Summary

Ensure the integrity, performance, and reliability of mission-critical data center infrastructure by executing site-level QA/QC for large construction scopes. Develop and implement a Site-Level Quality Management Plan and inspection test documentation, conduct field inspections across civil/structural/electrical/mechanical/controls, and verify installations against drawings, specifications, and codes. Partner with contractors and commissioning teams to track deficiencies and NCRs to closure and support readiness and audit-ready turnover.

•Perform field inspections across civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning-related scopes with emphasis on MEP system quality.
•Validate installations against drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, approved materials, code requirements, and commissioning expectations.

•Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, test reports, and technical documentation.
•Experience supporting commissioning readiness, system turnover, or closeout documentation.
