Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve test equipment availability and OEE using equipment FMEA, continuous improvement projects, and design improvements.
  • •Track equipment performance indices and create reports/dashboards for management reviews.
  • •Automate test equipment data gathering and perform equipment assessments to reduce equipment-induced yield losses.
  • •Support manufacturing test operations by setting up and qualifying new tester setups, coordinating new product runs, and validating deployments.
  • •Coach and train TMs through documentation, training/certification materials, and use of automation/data/AI tools to build engineering capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Computer, Data Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • •Hands-on experience with equipment, manufacturing processes, and operational problem-solving.
  • •Experience in equipment reliability, downtime reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Knowledge of predictive maintenance, equipment automation, Industry 4.0, or smart manufacturing (advantageous).
  • •Proficiency in Python, C++, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics and visualization tools (highly valued).
