Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete duties of the primary deposit operations desk and serve as backup for other desk responsibilities through cross-training.
  • •Complete adjustment requests and manage un-posted and NSF item reports, including mid-day and end-of-day balancing.
  • •Process charge-back items (ACH and check), stop payment requests (including day-2 stop payment journals), and refund requests to customer accounts.
  • •Contact customers holding dormant accounts and assist with annual account escheatment to the state; complete charging off accounts.
  • •Reconcile bank GL accounts and prepare/process operational reports, including daily/weekly/monthly reporting and monthly IOLTA reporting; handle returned mail and death notifications/reclamations.
