Key Requirements

  • •Strong business analysis experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proven ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders using structured communication and governance.
  • •Solid requirements engineering skills, including workshops, interviews, process/journey mapping, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria and NFRs.
  • •Working knowledge of API design concepts and ability to collaborate with technical teams to shape implementable requirements.
  • •Hands-on experience with data mapping and data analysis, plus basic Agile/Scrum knowledge and comfort with Jira/Confluence backlogs.
