Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead compliance support for in scope Allianz Partners entities, fostering adherence to applicable laws, regulations and internal standards.
  • •Identify and assess regulatory requirements, risks and emerging trends, and drive mitigation actions in line with Allianz Partners Compliance programs.
  • •Steer the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance requirements and Group Standards across jurisdictions, working within the three lines of defense model.
  • •Oversee compliance related processes and controls, including contribution to reviews and quality assurance activities, and drive remediation of identified gaps.
  • •Support investigations and escalations in alignment with Group Investigation and Compliance teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in regulatory compliance and risk management within a highly regulated environment, ideally financial services or insurance.
  • •A proven track record of delivering audit, assurance or remediation outcomes, including closing control gaps under time and stakeholder pressure.
  • •Confidence operating at senior levels of the organization, with the ability to influence, challenge and advise effectively.
  • •Sound understanding of international compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g. insurance law, financial crime, conduct related regulation).
  • •Comprehensive experience in Economic Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering, and Counter-Terrorist Financing within the financial services sector, with familiarity with screening tools and risk management practices.
