Job Summary

Lead the BA software finance transformation and partner with the Software accelerator and global CFOs to drive performance, budgeting/forecasting, and key operating metrics. Own reconciliation of actuals vs. forecast, manage forecasting cycles, and help set up P&L and balance sheet structures for virtual reporting. Support transfer pricing, financial closing integration, analytics/insights for leadership, audit readiness, and cross-functional digitization initiatives to improve speed, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner between the Software accelerator and BA businesses to support key metrics and global CFO reporting to drive software acceleration.
•Lead transformation activities including correct booking procedures, weekly alignment routines, and digitization of finance processes.
•Establish monthly reconciliation of actuals vs. forecast by region and software category, and align forecasting cycles (Pulse, 3+9, rolling forecast, AOP).
•Own financial reporting structures for P&L and virtual P&L reporting, including SAP setup elements (e.g., sku mapping, profit centers, LOB structure) as needed.
•Support transfer pricing, software financial closing integration, audit preparedness, and business performance analysis/insights and recommendations for leadership.

•Bachelor’s degree.
