Job Summary

Support the launch and growth of a small electric-vehicle brand in/around Seattle through a field-based, customer-facing role. Deliver engaging mobile demos and retail experiences, educate customers on vehicles and features, convert interest into qualified leads, and share customer feedback with the Market Manager. Help run local activation events, operate and maintain the demo fleet, and (over time) support retail hub operations, merchandising, and daily procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-quality customer experiences in mobile demos and fixed retail environments.
•Educate customers on vehicle features/benefits and guide them through demo rides and early purchase consideration.
•Support local sales goals by converting interest into qualified leads and sales.
•Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of mobile demo experiences and community activation events.
•Follow operational, safety, and compliance processes and help maintain the demo fleet and retail hub operations as applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, brand ambassador, or customer-facing roles.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story and actively sell products/services.
•Ability to work in a dynamic field-based environment, including weekends and events, with flexibility in your schedule.
•Interest in cycling, electric vehicles, and/or innovative consumer brands, with enthusiasm for the brand.
•Qualify as an authorized driver (at least 21; valid U.S. driver’s license with 3+ years; background screening and motor vehicle review).
