Substitute Teacher

On-call Substitute Teacher for Guidepost Montessori, supporting mixed-age Montessori classrooms (ages 0–6) with flexible hours. No formal Montessori training required (training provided). You’ll step into classrooms as needed, assist with routines, help create a warm, safe learning environment, and collaborate with staff, with opportunities to transition into a full-time Assistant Teacher role.
