Key Responsibilities

  • •Support setup, integration, execution, and reporting for environmental tests including vibration, shock, and Thermal Vacuum (TVAC) testing.
  • •Prepare experimental campaigns and qualify prototypes of internally developed components, including MGSE machining and FGSE preparation.
  • •Prepare hardware, tooling, instrumentation, and GSE readiness; perform assembly and integration of prototypes and provide feedback based on lessons learned.
  • •Install thermocouples, accelerometers, harnessing, and instrumentation according to test procedures and engineering requirements.
  • •Operate test equipment and support maintenance, inspections, documentation, calibration compliance checks, and testing at external facilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree or vocational training in aerospace, electronics, mechatronics, industrial systems, or a related field.
  • •Experience in aerospace, automotive, defense, industrial testing, or other high-reliability technical environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with environmental testing equipment such as vibration tables, thermal chambers, or instrumentation systems is highly desirable.
  • •Familiarity with laboratory operations, instrumentation installation, and mechanical integration activities.
  • •Experience working with calibrated equipment, controlled procedures, and technical documentation is a strong plus.
