Job Summary

Seasoned Windchill PLM Business/Systems Analyst at Intel, responsible for gathering requirements, mapping complex data structures, and enabling workflow capabilities for internal and supplier users within the IDM 2.0 program. •Document business processes and align across business groups.
•Develop and deliver training; maintain application documentation for stakeholders.
•Create use cases, business scenarios, and demos; plan and coordinate testing; provide end user support.
•Create and maintain dashboards and reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,300 - 175,210 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience including Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA and PTC's product suite; data and system management (imports/exports, validations, data/configuration analysis); excellent customer interfacing to coordinate requirements and updates; experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies (Jira or ServiceNow); experience delivering end user training; SIT/UAT testing, deployment, go-live support; experience working remotely.
