Job Summary

Support the Molding HR team in an advanced industrial manufacturing environment by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement activities. Help manage HR data and documentation, run and audit reports, and update tracking spreadsheets. Participate in HR meetings, communicate professionally through internal channels, and help optimize HR workflows using HRIS/HR tools (including Workday) while following Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide recruiting support by sourcing candidates, posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and helping with pre-employment screenings for new hires.
•Assist with onboarding activities, including employment authorization support and preparation/execution of biweekly New Hire Orientation.
•Support employee relations by escalating complaints to HR Generalists and observing investigations and related legal considerations.
•Conduct employee engagement work such as running pulse surveys, coordinating engagement events, and anniversary recognition gifts.
•Manage HR data and documentation by running/auditing reports, updating tracking spreadsheets, and scanning/e-filing physical employment documents.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred; prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite required.
•Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
