Manager Development Footwear Football (m/f/d)

Lead the end-to-end development process for assigned medium-complexity footwear articles, from concept brief through production readiness. Partner with footwear technicians, material experts, product management, design, and suppliers to deliver product integrity, manufacturability, testing, and cost targets. Manage timelines across the corporate operating calendar, oversee FOB costing, drive KPI achievement, and mentor junior team members.
