Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end design, governance, and delivery of high-impact Dubai Future Academy programs. Translate strategic priorities into program scopes, workplans, milestones, budgets, and governance rhythms while coordinating partners, faculty, venues, and internal teams. Own delivery readiness and risk management across the full program lifecycle, manage participant experience and executive communications, and drive continuous improvement using reporting, feedback, and year-on-year redesign.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end design, planning, and delivery of academy programs aligned with DFAc and DFF priorities.
•Translate strategic objectives into program scopes, workplans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and governance rhythms.
•Manage day-to-day engagement with education providers, subject matter experts, faculty, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
•Own delivery readiness and live-program execution, resolving issues and maintaining governance through reporting, risk registers, and issue logs.
•Oversee participant communications and executive updates, then drive continuous improvement through success measures, end-of-program reporting, and year-on-year redesign.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in education, learning and development, project management, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an additional asset.
•8+ years of experience in program management, executive education, capability building, consulting, government programs, innovation programs, or strategic initiatives.
•Proven end-to-end leadership of complex multi-stakeholder capacity-building programs from concept and planning through delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement.
•Confident managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams across government entities, universities, training providers, consultants, and speakers.
•Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; fluency in written and spoken Arabic is an additional asset.
