Job Summary

Lead Deliveroo’s regional commercial strategy for Paris Outer, owning growth and performance of strategic brand portfolios and aligning local execution with Paris-wide priorities. You’ll manage and develop a high-performing account management team, set 5★ standards, negotiate contracts and renewals, and drive upsell through joint business plans. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Finance to influence roadmap priorities and improve client value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

•Own regional and portfolio strategy for Paris Outer, translating Paris-wide and national priorities into actionable plans.
•Own end-to-end growth of brand portfolios, ensuring 5★ account management standards and clear portfolio sizing.
•Build relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders; lead contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell strategies.
•Create and execute joint business plans across partner growth, profitability, and operational performance; act as a trusted advisor on market trends.
•Lead and develop a team of up to 15 AMs/SAMs, coaching talent and evolving the account management setup for coverage, seniority, and execution quality.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in commercial, client partnership, or account management roles.
•Proven experience managing complex, strategic brand portfolios.
•Demonstrated success leading multi-layered teams in fast-paced environments.
•Experience managing portfolios across F&B, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Marketplace is preferred.
•Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L understanding, plus excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
