Key Responsibilities

  • •Build execution processes aligned to corporate OKRs across GEOs and deliver in-region initiatives tied to business imperatives.
  • •Contribute to the GTM enablement strategy by defining evaluation criteria, setting priorities with sales stakeholders, and communicating strategy and KPIs.
  • •Develop and deliver ongoing training programs and identify/coach educational content for managers and ICs, including 1:1 sales process coaching.
  • •Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps and set annual learning and development objectives with sales leadership.
  • •Support pipeline management through account planning and forecast meeting coaching and collaborate with other departments on product and process updates affecting the sales team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •7+ years experience in a high-performance SaaS sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development.
