Lead product and sales for Surface Drilling solutions, driving market share and profitability. Drive commercial strategy, provide technical-commercial support to channels, and oversee end-to-end order-to-deliver processes while staying updated on market, pricing, and competition to grow SRD portfolio in Central America and the Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor continuous sales potential within the SRD portfolio, maintaining territory management and coordinating with the sales force.
•Track market share, identify opportunities, trends, competitive movements and customer needs.
•Develop new business opportunities and increase existing ones using value propositions, product knowledge and a consultative sales approach.
•Provide technical and commercial support to existing sales channels and contribute to developing new channels with the BLM and the commercial organization.
•Support the development of sales opportunities through technical and commercial guidance to generate sustainable revenue for the division.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering with strong commercial orientation.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, B2B sales, business development, or portfolio management.
•Knowledge of the surface and exploration drilling market, ideally for Central America and the Caribbean.
•Strong technical knowledge of surface drilling equipment, applications, benefits, and value proposition; advanced English.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with internal teams during the order-to-deliver process.
