Job Summary

Handle day-to-day warehouse operations to keep distribution flowing. Unload and receive products, stage and consolidate orders, pick cases (including case and break pack), and load outbound shipments. Verify inbound/outbound accuracy, perform inventory support like cycle counts, and inspect quality and equipment. Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment safely while following OSHA and site standards in a clean, safe DC environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Unload, receive, stage, consolidate, pick, and load product as directed by DC demand.
•Audit and verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, SKU counts, labeling, routing, and load integrity.
•Put away, pick, and replenish product from warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
•Prepare, label, and secure pallets for shipment; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
•Maintain accurate inventory records (cycle counts and physical inventories) and inspect quality, reporting variances, damages, or safety concerns.

Key Requirements

•0–6 months of general warehouse or sanitation experience (preferred, not required).
•Comfort using cleaning equipment and basic tools (e.g., floor scrubbers, snow blowers, hand tools).
•Forklift operator certificate or willingness to complete forklift training within the first 30 days of employment (certification on multiple pieces of equipment is rewarded).
•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
•Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for up to 90% of the shift.
