Key Responsibilities

  • •Unload, receive, stage, consolidate, pick, and load product as directed by DC demand.
  • •Audit and verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, SKU counts, labeling, routing, and load integrity.
  • •Put away, pick, and replenish product from warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
  • •Prepare, label, and secure pallets for shipment; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records (cycle counts and physical inventories) and inspect quality, reporting variances, damages, or safety concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •0–6 months of general warehouse or sanitation experience (preferred, not required).
  • •Comfort using cleaning equipment and basic tools (e.g., floor scrubbers, snow blowers, hand tools).
  • •Forklift operator certificate or willingness to complete forklift training within the first 30 days of employment (certification on multiple pieces of equipment is rewarded).
  • •Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
  • •Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for up to 90% of the shift.
