•Deliver tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
•Support sales goals and key performance indicators by driving results.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 18.85 - 23.55 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty and keeping up with beauty trends.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
