Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day benefits administration including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, and wellness programs
  • •Lead claims reconciliation for self-funded/self-insured medical plans ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • •Act as primary liaison with carriers, TPAs, and technology providers and manage benefits administration through UKG systems
  • •Ensure programs comply with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and all applicable regulations
  • •Evaluate plan design, manage renewals, analyze utilization data, and implement cost-control strategies while improving employee engagement and satisfaction

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or CEBS/PHR/SHRM preferred)
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in benefits management

  • •Strong knowledge of self-funded/self-insured plans and claims reconciliation
  • •Prior leadership/people management experience preferred
