Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, night/mail deposits, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions.
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone.
  • •Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to a banker.
  • •Reconcile cash drawer by counting, packaging currency and coin, and submitting excess/mutilated currency to the vault custodian while maintaining cash supplies.
  • •Comply with bank operations and security procedures, including dual-control functions and confidentiality practices, and complete special client requests as needed.
