Key Responsibilities

•Lead omni-channel media strategy from planning through execution and performance measurement for Visa and joint campaigns with clients.
•Serve as primary point of contact for media agency relationships and drive the media strategy roadmap based on industry shifts and emerging trends.
•Define campaign goals and KPIs with the Analytics team across the media funnel, ensuring full accountability for plan success.
•Oversee daily campaign execution with agencies, driving optimization, A/B testing, and continuous improvement across offline, digital, and social channels.
•Build and nurture partnerships with media publishers, platforms, and technology partners; lead the Media/Digital Center of Excellence and a test-and-learn innovation culture.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree; or 2 years with a PhD).
•8+ years of marketing/agency/media/digital experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility.
•6+ years leading integrated digital campaigns at a digital agency or in a highly digital, consumer-centric company.
•Expertise across media planning and buying (traditional, digital, paid social, paid search/SEO) and media technology (ad serving, DMPs/CDPs, DCO, verification/brand safety).
•Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required.
