Job Summary

Drive TikTok Shop growth by prospecting and qualifying high-potential seller partners through multi-channel outbound campaigns. Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and translate TikTok Shop’s value into tailored propositions. Manage end-to-end onboarding and activation, then collaborate cross-functionally to help sellers grow GMV, meeting seller acquisition and GMV targets over a 3–6 month period.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct multi-channel outbound prospecting (email, phone, social) to source and qualify seller-partners.
•Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and deliver tailored propositions for TikTok Shop.
•Assess seller fit and identify seller growth strategies and clear GMV growth pathways.
•Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation.
•Collaborate with internal teams and meet monthly/quarterly seller acquisition and GMV growth targets within 3–6 months.

Key Requirements

•Proven B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience.
•Exceptional command of English and French (written and verbal) for external negotiations and presentations.
•Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to operate autonomously in a remote-first setting.
•Availability for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension based on impact and results.
•Experience in high-growth eCommerce, online marketplaces, or platform businesses is a strong advantage.
