Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete final deliverables with 100% accuracy and timeliness while adhering to procedures and SLAs.
  • •Identify and manage resolution of service delivery root causes; resolve complex queries and issues with consistent quality and timeliness.
  • •Own end-to-end knowledge of the immediate process, upstream/downstream teams, and all related applications.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with related departments and middle offices; review work performed by other analysts.
  • •Train and mentor new hires, proactively communicate procedure updates, keep DPADs/client profiles up to date, and lead process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Commerce Graduate or MBA (Finance) with at least 2+ years of experience in finance, capital markets, investment management, or asset servicing.
  • •Minimum 24+ months in the current role for internal applicants.
  • •Knowledge of capital markets, financial markets, investment instruments (including fixed income, alternative assets, derivatives) and portfolio management with client reporting.
  • •Good knowledge of applications including Bloomberg, EDM, PED, IIP, RADAR, CAR, and PACE.
  • •Working knowledge of Excel and the MS Office suite; ability to develop Excel macros is an added advantage.
